They will need a passport from their country, and the visa. A visitors visa is available to (among others) people visiting friends or family in the US. If friends decide to get married, well, they get married. :) Getting married doesn't automatically make you a citizen of the US, and you'd still need to do a bit more to become a permanent legal resident., although getting a green card isn't all that hard.
