if ur caught driving a car that your not insured on. Will you get a criminal record.

    Yes it is. Not only that, but the Police now have the power to sieze your car from where it was stopped. Before you can have the car back, you have to show a valid Certificate of Insurance, and pay a towing away fee of £105 plus £20 a day for every day it is in the compound. If you do not ccome to have the car back, they will keep it for 3 weeks, then it is sent to be crushed. You also get 6 points on your licence and a £250 fine. And about time too. To drive wothout any Insurance cover is really Criminal.

    A lot of people drive without insurance and think they’re risking nothing more than a traffic fine, but that would be the least of your worries.

    What if you caused a wreck that injured somebody seriously, and they couldn’t afford the surgery and/or long term therapy, and had to spend the rest of their miserable life in excruciating pain? What if it was your child, or your spouse or yourself?

    The answer is suppose to be vary by person.From my personal view,always it is a good idea to hear the voices from different sides and try to decide the best one.Here is a good one that i recommend.
