My husbands exwife is living with a man who has a criminal record, has been on house arrest and has had a restraining order placed on him from her mother for voilence against her daughter. The problem is that she wants to move to another state with this man and take the two small children with her. To fight for custody my husband and I need to have proof that she is jeopardizing the children.

The restraining order would be at your local courthouse in the Civil Court records. The criminal records would be at the same courthouse in the Criminal Records. Good luck,

When I was doing a background check on my ex-husband I used Abika.com. They gave me all the dirt I needed that included past criminal records. A perfect example of what the report included was he had been arrested and jailed on statutory **** charges in Texas.
The Clerk of the Court’s Office would have the information you need.
Hire an attorney to do this. Your in way over your head on legal matters and will bite yourself in the a**.
Criminal history is protected property in Ca. To access it is criminal and you will be in legal trouble if you get caught, and you will.
