I recently heard someone saying that Bush and members of his cabintet have done things which are criminal under either U.S. and/or International law.

Can anyone name a few things that they’ve done which actually are criminal?

I am not talking about immoral things they’ve done, or about incompetent things they’e done. That would require 10 billion gigs of space to list.

But what have they done that has broken the law?

I thought I’d try my hamd at writing a crime story, but I know squat about police procedures. In my story I plan to have the criminal having done something wrong. The police know his name but they don’t know where he lives, or what he looks like. How would you catch him? Thanks!

My husbands exwife is living with a man who has a criminal record, has been on house arrest and has had a restraining order placed on him from her mother for voilence against her daughter. The problem is that she wants to move to another state with this man and take the two small children with her. To fight for custody my husband and I need to have proof that she is jeopardizing the children.

What exaclty does a crimminal justice degree teach? I need to know what I will be learning in detail. What topics does it go over and how much of the legal system does it cover?

I am currently sutdying criminal justice in college and I hope to be a state police officer, Im on medication for my depression and it works fine, I don’t have suicidal or violent thoughts I just get sad but not to the point of suicidal thoughts as I mentioned, my question is would I be able to be employed as a police officer with clinical depression? or is it an immediate disqualifyer.

If someone does not know that they are being recorded but they are, and they admit that they were guilty in a criminal case, can that evidence be used in court?

The doctor is not in the office. the patient calls the office complaining of pains, the medical assistant calls a perscription in to the pharmacy. later the patient has a allergic reaction, rushed to the hospital and dies, would this be civil case or a criminal case?

Im in college now, and im looking to get an internship, will this show up on my background checks now?
