Is there such a thing as positive criminal deviance in sociology?

I’m doing a paper and I remember my sociology professors mentioning under criminal deviance positive deviance. But all the material they gave us and the information on the web confirm positive deviance as typically people who do really good or are really successful, more so than the norm.

The root of the term deviance is “deviate”. To deviate means act or behave differently from the norm. For example, if the economic social norm was to make $75,000/yr. , a person who makes $30,000/yr. is considered deviate below that average, and a person who makes $115,000/yr. is considered deviate above that average. The same holds true for people and their behaviors in society.
