My husbands ex-boss wrote an email disclaiming his criminal background what he wrote was true. His boss sent it to all of my husbands potential customers. I wanna know if this is legal and if we can sue him for that. We have a copy of the email. It is very negative against my husband there is also some untrue things in the email. Please let me know.
