So 5-6 years ago, I got arrested for a misdemeanor which was pety theft. And of course I have a criminal record due to that incident. How would I go about sealing my criminal record? What kind of procedure would I need to go through? Thanks so much!
I was 21 when it happened. Now I’m 26. And it happened in the state of California (where I live).
And I only got a fine. No jail time.
