There isn’t one that I know of, some of them intimate that they do just to get you to visit their site but there is always a catch. The most reliable site is your own states web site, in Texas it’s the department of public safety web site, just follow the links, it tells you what the fee’s are and what you can get for how much. You can pay per search or pay annually for unlimited searches.
Convictions are public record, you might just pay a visit to the court clerks office, either county or district depending whether charge was a felony or misdemeanor.
Check to see if your local county has a web site for court dispositions, some of them post weekly reports of court activity, you might find what you want if it is a recent court disposition.
For warrants you can’t. There are a few sites that give some criminal background but they are very poor. Much of the information is missing and incorrect.
If you go to a private detective or a number of pay sites they are better for background, but not even near perfect. There are no pay sites for warrants. If you think you have a warrant from a specific court the clerk of the court in some, a very few, counties will help you but only in person.
Search try this website
National Wide Warrants search
Here another Search
there are no pay or free sites for this information. warrant info is not available to the public.the only place to get this info is to go in person to a police station and ask. while there you must have a valid id and you can only ask about yourself and not another person.

For the most comprehensive public records database containing all states and counties, try has an extensive public records database that you can search for free. Good luck!
