Would ANY **** war criminal get the death penalty in Israel?

I know that **** Mass Murderer Adolf Eichmann was executed in 1962 in Israel.
Israel has also made an attempt to catch several other **** officals such as Dr. Jospeh Mengele.
Question
I knwo that Dr. Mengel is dead, but if he was to have been caught, would have he gotten the death penalty in Israel?

They should be executed. The ***** were evil people. If Israel executed Adolf Eichmann then they would probably execute other **** war criminals, as well as they should do in my view.

Are there any left *to* get the death penalty?

  4. Gazoo says:

    Yep. Hell..I’d shoot him personally.

  5. mov ah, 4ch says:

I would expect so… and they will have more then enough volunteers to perform the execution. Including me.

nazi + caught = death penalty

  7. Mo Fayed says:

No. Klaus Barbie (the ‘Butcher of Lyons’) worked for the Israelis for a while.

  8. Prof says:

The death penalty is still on the statute books in Israel for war crimes, crimes against humanity, genocide and crimes against the Jewish people.

Any caught and convicted **** would likely fall into one or several of these categories, so that would have to be a Yes.

  9. Jaeger Kat JPA says:

answer: most certainly Mengel would have, with all the evidence of human experiments, torture and widespread terror in the camps, a death sentence would be a certainty.

Other **** criminals? It would depend, a camp guard - probably not. An architect of the Holocaust or one who carried out mass murder - most likely.

  10. numnum says:

if he was cought he would be brought to trial and if convicted, might get death sentence. it’s one of the only cases death penelty exist in israeli law system (other than severe treasom if i’m not mistaken)

there was another suspected **** caught and procecuted, but he was found not guilty due to lack of sufficiant proofs.
